The Troop Guide works with the new Scouts. He helps them feel comfortable and earn their First Class rank in their first year. Troop 39 has many troop guides and our scouts have no trouble in advancing quickly due to their superior teaching. This leadership position helps our scouts lean to educate and communicate.
