Troop 39 prides itself on being a uniformed troop. The uniform consists of BSA socks, BSA shorts or trousers and a scout belt. Class A is finished off with the BSA shirt and troop neckerchief and the Class B uniform includes the troop t-shirt. If the uniform is to be worn then it is to be worn well, with pride.
